    Mushroom Masala Dosa


    Ingredients:

    Dosa Batter as required
    Oil as required
    For Mushroom Masala:
    Oil - 1 tsp
    Garlic - 1 tblspn minced
    Ginger - 1 tblspn minced
    Onion - 1 extensive cut meagerly
    Green Chili - 1 opening and cut
    Stew powder - 1 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Chicken Masala Powder or Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp

    Salt to taste
    Tomato - 2 medium size cut daintily
    Mushroom - 200 grams cut
    Lemon juice - 1 tblspn

    Method

    Warm oil in a kadai. Include ginger, garlic and saute for a min.

    Presently include onions, green stew and saute for 5 mins till it turns light brilliant.

    Presently include salt and all the zest powders. Blend well.

    Include mushroom and hurl well with the masala.

    Cook this for 10 mins so the mushroom gets cooked.

    Toss in tomatoes and saute for two or three mins, so it gets marginally cooked.

    Press in some lemon squeeze and blend well. Your masala is finished.

    Presently take dosa player and begin making dosa. Shower in some oil and utilize a spatula to smoothen the top.

    Let this cook for a min so the base gets marginally fresh.

    Put some stuffing on one side crease over and serve.
